VIA is an AI video production system for YouTube creators, currently in private beta (apply at https://viaforcreators.com/beta). It is built for narrated long-form video with recurring characters and places: history, documentary, education and explainers, and storytelling channels. It is not for talking-head vlogs, live footage or real-person likenesses.

## How it works
1. Setup: from the script, VIA builds a production bible: visual style, a reference sheet for every recurring character (front, side, back, fixed wardrobe) and an approved reference for every location with fixed features.
2. Scenes: each narration beat becomes a written shot description, checked against the narration by an independent model before anything is drawn. Stills are drawn from the approved references and judged for identity, location, props and framing. The approved still is animated into the clip.
3. Film: the whole video is assembled with the narration on a scene timeline and reviewed as a film; any scene can be redone individually. Export for YouTube.

VIA chooses the image and video model for each shot; users do not pick models. AI generation costs are included in the plan.
